The “Triple-Layer” Protection Protocol
Arcade machines are sensitive electronic and mechanical assets. At Galastar, we don’t just ship; we fortify.
Layer 1: Moisture & Dust Barrier: The machine is wrapped in a high-grade plastic film to prevent humidity or salty sea air from affecting the electronics.
Layer 2: Impact Absorption: We use high-density foam on all corners and tempered glass surfaces to prevent cracks during transit handling.
Layer 3: Reinforced Wooden Crate: The final layer is a custom-built, ISPM-15 compliant wooden crate that allows for safe forklift handling and stacking in containers.
Choosing the Right Shipping Method
FCL (Full Container Load): Best for orders of 10+ machines. You get the entire 20ft or 40ft container to yourself, reducing handling and cost per unit.
LCL (Less than Container Load): Ideal for smaller orders (1–5 units). Your crate is placed in a shared container. We use extra-thick crating for LCL to protect against other cargo.
Air Express: Reserved for critical spare parts or small gashapon machines where speed is more important than cost.
